Sauerkraut Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
1 large onion, sliced thin
1 medium green pepper, quartered and sliced
1 medium red (sweet) pepper, quartered and sliced
1 c. chopped celery
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. oil
Preparation

Combine sugar and vinegar.
Heat to dissolve sugar.
Add oil. Pour over combined vegetables and marinate overnight.
