Summer Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium zucchini, cubed
1 medium summer squash, cubed
1 small onion, chopped
1 large tomato, cubed
1 green pepper, cubed
1/4 c. water
3 Tbsp. margarine
garlic powder
salt
pepper
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
-
Put all vegetables in casserole.
Add water, margarine, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 until tender. Uncover and add cheese.
