Potato Goodies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 c. onions, diced
    1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 stick butter or oleo
    8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated or shredded
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Thaw the potatoes for 30 minutes. Mix all ingredients together.
    Put in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
