Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. broccoli
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. yellow chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    6 c. chicken soup stock
    pinch of nutmeg
    1 bay leaf
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 tsp. ground thyme
    6 black peppercorns
    3 egg yolks, whipped and blended with 1 c. of milk or cream
Preparation
    Chop broccoli and set some buds aside for garnish.
    Saute broccoli, onion and green pepper in butter.
    Add soup stock.
    Add bay leaf, parsley, thyme and peppercorns.
    Cook for 30 minutes.
