Sesame Chicken(Stir-Fried) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch wide strips
    4 tsp. soy sauce
    1/2 c. dry sherry
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. peanut oil
    6 oz. snow peas
    2 Tbsp. sesame seed, toasted
    4 garlic cloves, minced
    1 tsp. chili paste with garlic
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced bamboo shoots, drained
    1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained
    1/4 c. canned chicken broth
    3 green onions, sliced
    1 tsp. sesame oil
Preparation
    Place first 4 ingredients in bowl and stir.
    Let marinate 15 minutes.
    Heat oil in heavy large skillet over medium heat.
    Add peas, garlic and chili paste and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
    Add chicken with marinade and stir-fry 3 minutes.
    Add bamboo shoots and water chestnuts and stir-fry until chicken is almost cooked through, almost 2 minutes.
    Mix in broth.
    Add sesame seed and green onions.
    Stir-fry 30 seconds.
    Add sesame oil and toss to coat.
    Serve with rice.
