Potato Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. diced potatoes
    1 chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    5 c. water
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 carrot, grated
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    13 oz. can evaporated milk
    3 to 4 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Preparation
    Mix together potatoes, onion, celery, water and bouillon. Bring to boil and cook 20 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer until ready to eat, stirring occasionally.
