Carrot Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. bran flakes
    3/4 c. milk
    2 c. shredded carrots
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    1 c. light brown sugar, firmly packed
    2 Tbsp. peanut oil
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. roasted pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, stirring until completely moistened. Grease muffin tins.
    Fill half to 2/3's with mixture.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until tester comes out clean.
