Crawfish Boil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. cayenne
    1/4 c. Worcestershire
    2 onions, quartered
    several dashes Louisiana hot sauce
    5 to 7 lb. crawfish (live)
    2 lemons, quartered
    10 to 12 potatoes
    7 ears corn
    Polish sausage link
Preparation
    Fill a big kettle with 1/3 water; boil water with seasoners. Add potatoes and bring to boil.
    Add corn and bring to boil. Throw in live crawfish and sausage.
    Boil 5 to 15 minutes until fish are pink.
    Dump it all out on a feed sack and dig in.
