Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen squash
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 stick butter
    1/2 c. Velveeta cheese, shredded
    1/2 pkg. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion in boiling salted water until tender; drain. Add butter, Velveeta and egg. Mix well and pour in casserole. Top with cracker crumbs and dot with butter. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 10 to 15 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
