Porcupine Meat Balls And Chili Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
2 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. corn syrup
1/2 tsp. oregano
5 c. tomato juice (1 large can)
1 c. quick-cooking rice
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 egg
1 tsp. mustard
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

To
make
sauce, combine the chili powder, garlic salt, syrup, oregano
and
tomato
juice
in pot.
In bowl, combine ground beef, raw rice and rest of the ingredients.
Blend well and roll into balls; place in sauce.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
