Hunan Style Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium chicken breasts (without bone and skin)
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. cold water
1 whole egg
1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. baking soda
Lemon Sauce
lemon slices, optional
Preparation

Cut chicken into 1/2 inch slices.
In a medium bowl beat all the ingredients except Lemon Sauce and lemon slices with a hand beater until smooth.
In a frying pan heat oil (about 1 1/2 inch). Dip chicken pieces one at a time into the batter and fry about 4 pieces at a time until golden brown, turning once.
Drain chicken pieces on paper towel and keep them warm.
Pour Lemon Sauce over chicken pieces and serve.
