Oreo Cookie Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. Oreo cookies
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
1 bag pecans
Preparation

Set ice cream out to soften 10 to 15 minutes.
Crush 10 to 15 cookies and cover bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Crush 10 to 15 more cookie and set aside for topping.
Crumble the remainder of the cookies and mix into the ice cream, Cool Whip and nuts.
Stir to mix all ingredients well.
Place the mixture in the 9 x 13-inch pan over the cookie crust.
Top with the reserved crushed cookies and store in freezer.
