Homemade Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. flour
Preparation
    Combine egg, milk and salt.
    Add enough flour to make stiff dough, about 1 cup.
    Roll very thin on floured surface; let stand 20 minutes.
    Slice 1/4-inch wide strips or let children make creative shapes; let dry 2 hours.
    Drop into boiling soup or salted boiling water, uncovered, about 10 minutes.
