Baked Stuffed Jumbo Shrimp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

jumbo shrimp (allow 3 shrimp per serving)
3 Tbsp. finely chopped scallops
2 oz. Chablis wine
2 c. cracker meal
2 Tbsp. finely crushed potato chips
2 tsp. Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Place in pan with little water; this prevents shrimp from drying.
Bake 20 minutes at 325\u00b0.
This mixture is sufficient to stuff 12 jumbo shrimp.
