Light Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9 c. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. water
2/3 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. salt
4 eggs
2 pkg. dry yeast
2 sticks oleo
Preparation

(Use a large Tupperware bowl.)
Put flour in bowl; make a well.
Scald milk, cool with water.
Add sugar, salt, eggs and yeast.
Pour liquid into well.
Do not stir.
Seal the bowl and whisper air.
Leave until seal pops up, usually takes 1 hour. Melt oleo, pour over dough.
Stir with wooden spoon.
Add enough flour until not sticky.
Seal again and leave set until seal pops off.
Make into rolls, bread or cinnamon rolls.
Bake at 400\u00b0.
