Chocolate Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. margarine
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. corn syrup
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 Tbsp. bourbon (optional)
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (8 to 9-inch) pie crust
Preparation

Cream together the margarine and sugar.
Beat in eggs.
Beat in syrup, salt and vanilla.
Stir in chips, nuts and bourbon. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
Do not use deep dish pie crusts.
Serve warm with whipped topping or ice cream.
