No Knead Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 3 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. Crisco
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine 1 1/3 cups flour and yeast.
    Heat milk, sugar, Crisco and salt until just warm.
    Add to dry ingredients in mixer bowl.
    Add egg.
    Beat at low speed for 1/2 minute, then high speed for 3 minutes.
    By hand, stir in enough flour to make a soft dough. Place in a greased bowl; turn once. Cover; let rise until doubled, 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Punch down; turn out and cover.
    Let rest 10 minutes.
    Shape into desired shape.
