Egg Drop Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans prepared chicken broth
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 well beaten egg
    2 Tbsp. diced green onion
Preparation
    In saucepan, slowly mix broth and cornstarch. Cook until slightly thickened (stirring constantly).
    Slowly pour in beaten egg.
    Stir once very gently. Remove from heat and top with onion. Serves 4.
