Ingredients

1 lb. beef round steak, sliced in 1-inch strips
oil (optional)
1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
2 c. carrots, sliced
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 3/4 c. boiling water
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces (with liquid)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. diagonally sliced celery
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Saute steak in oil (or without) until brown. Add onion.
Stir in carrots.
