Cranberry Cream Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry flavor gelatin
1 c. hot water
1 (1 lb.) can Ocean Spray whole berry cranberry sauce, drained
1/2 c. finely diced celery
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. dairy sour cream
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in hot water; chill until slightly thickened. Break up cranberry sauce with fork.
Stir into gelatin with celery and nuts.
Fold in sour cream.
Pour into 4-cup mold. Chill until firm.
Serves 4 to 6.
