Ingredients

Hungry Jack pancake mix
an egg or 2
flat beer (let stand open overnight)

Preparation

Mix to the thickness you desire (test fry).
Dip fish and deep fry at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
Sprinkle with garlic salt.
