Microwave Rocky Road Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. chocolate chips
    2 Tbsp. half and half
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. shredded coconut
Preparation
    Combine chocolate chips and half and half in medium bowl. Microwave on Medium-high (70%) until chips are melted, 1 to 3 minutes, stirring once.
    Stir in vanilla and remaining ingredients until coated.
    Press into a greased 8 x 8-inch square dish. Chill.
