Chicken Cara-Mia - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. boneless chicken breasts
    2 medium onions
    1 large can black olives
    2 medium green peppers
    2 large jars Cara-Mia artichoke hearts
    1 large can Progresso tomato puree
    1 large can Progresso crushed tomatoes
    5 large cloves garlic
    oregano, salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. olive oil
    8 oz. sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Drain oil off artichoke hearts; save.
    Add to olive oil and heat in large frypan.
    Skin chicken and cut into large pieces; cook in olive oil mixture.
    Remove when done.
    Quarter onion and chop peppers into medium pieces.
    Add to olive oil and saute.
    Add sliced mushrooms; saute until just tender.
    Add crushed garlic cloves; stir.
    Add tomato puree, crushed tomatoes, olives and chicken.
    Add remaining ingredients; cook about another 10 to 15 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
