Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 (16 oz.) can solid pack pumpkin
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1 (12 oz.) can undiluted evaporated milk
1 (9-inch) single crust pie basic pie crust
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
In a large bowl, combine the eggs, pumpkin, sugar, salt, spices and evaporated milk with a wire whisk just until mixed.
Pour the filling into the crust.
Bake in the lower third of the oven for 15 minutes, then lower the temperature to 350\u00b0.
Continue baking for 40 to 50 minutes, or until knife inserted between center and edge comes out clean.
Remove from oven and cool completely on wire rack before cutting.
