Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening (part butter or margarine)
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    cinnamon and sugar mixture
Preparation
    Mix cinnamon and sugar together in a bowl to roll cookies in. Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
