Marinade - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. wine vinegar
1/4 c. ketchup
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
-
Mix ingredients together.
Stick meat (London Broil or beef cubes for shish kabobs) with a fork on both sides.
Sprinkle with Accent or another meat tenderizer.
Pour marinade over meat and let marinate.
Broil or grill meat; moisten with marinade while cooking.
