Slovenian Mushroom Pastries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    2/3 c. butter, at room temperature
    8 Tbsp. sour cream
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 onion, finely minced
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, finely chopped
    salt and freshly ground pepper
    dash of dried tarragon
Preparation
    Combine flour, butter, 6 tablespoons sour cream and 1 egg to make soft dough.
    Cover with plastic.
