Apple Cake With Butterscotch Chips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. salad oil
    1/2 c. water
    2 eggs
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    3 1/2 c. diced apples (I like Winesap)
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels
Preparation
    Mix sugar, oil, water and eggs.
    Sift dry ingredients and add to mixture.
    Add nuts and apples; mix well.
    Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle butterscotch morsels over top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
