Finn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast (2 Tbsp.)
    2 qt. warm water
    4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 qt. whole wheat flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    3 qt. white flour
    1 c. cracked wheat flour (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients into warm water to which yeast and sugar have been dissolved.
    Knead for at least 5 minutes.
    Let rise 1 1/2 hours or longer until about double in bulk.
    Shape into round, low (about 2-inch thick) loaves.
    Place on sprayed or greased cookie sheet.
