Yogurt Fresh Fruit Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 baked pie crust
    1 small pkg. lemon gelatin
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    8 oz. pineapple chunks, drained
    1 c. low-fat plain yogurt
    2 to 3 c. sliced fresh fruit
Preparation
    Prepare gelatin, using only 1 1/2 cups of liquid.
    Chill until syrupy.
    Reserve 1/4 cup.
    Mix remainder with yogurt.
    Spread in baked pie shell.
    Arrange fruit over yogurt.
    Brush with remaining Jell-O.
    Chill, covered, overnight.
