Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 dozen eggs
1 lb. bacon or sausage
16 oz. sour cream
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation

Scramble eggs, fry bacon or sausage and mix with eggs. Combine with sour cream and cheese.
Bake until hot.
If already hot, bake 15 to 20 minutes and if cold, bake 25 to 30 minutes. This is good to fix for company or for a quick and easy breakfast for school.
Can be made ahead of time and kept in the refrigerator for 2 -3 days.
