Italian Spinach - cooking recipe
Ingredients

24 oz. fresh spinach, washed and dried
3 oz. virgin olive oil
5 cloves garlic, minced
Parmesan cheese, grated
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Saute garlic in olive oil until lightly browned.
Add spinach, salt and pepper and Parmesan cheese.
Toss and serve immediately. Serves 4 people.
