Pizza Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 lb. ground beef
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. green pepper, chopped
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
2 c. milk
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
6 slices bread, cubed
1 1/3 c. (6 oz.) Mozzarella cheese, grated
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation

Brown beef, onion and green pepper.
Add tomato paste.
Mix milk, eggs, salt, oregano and garlic powder.
Put half of bread in greased 9-inch square baking dish.
Top with half of meat and vegetable mixture.
Top with half of Mozzarella cheese.
Repeat layers.
Pour milk and egg mixture over all.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Refrigerate for 4 or more hours.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Allow to stand for 5 minutes before cutting.
