Sausage Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
1 large onion
1 large potato
1 (15 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (15 oz.) can navy beans
Preparation

Brown sausage in skillet and drain fat well.
Can use mild or spicy sausage.
Chop onion and add chopped potato.
Heat together and add tomatoes and navy beans with the juice as well.
Simmer over low heat until potatoes are tender.
Serve with cornbread. An easy meal for a busy day.
