Kiddy Peanut Butter Candy Wheels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    white of 1 large egg
    12 oz. jar peanut butter
    1 lb. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Whip egg white until stiff, adding sugar slowly, until smooth and consistency of dough.
    Divide in 2 squares 1/4-inch thick. Cover evenly with peanut butter.
    Roll into loaves.
    Wrap in wax paper and refrigerate overnight.
    Cut into 1/2-inch wheels.
