Fried Okra - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 c. cut up okra
    1/3 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Egg Beaters
    1 c. self-rising flour
    oil (to fry)
Preparation
    In large bowl, beat eggs, milk and salt.
    Add okra; toss to coat well, then add flour.
    Toss until flour is all taken up. Heat oil in heavy skillet.
    Drop by spoonfuls into hot oil; flatten with spoon.
    Turn heat down; cook until done and golden brown.
    Serve warm or hot.
