Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 tsp. minced onion
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
Preparation

Soften cheeses.
Mix all ingredients with beater and chill. Remove from refrigerator and mold into a ball.
Roll in nuts. Refrigerate.
When ready to serve, remove and let come to a room temperature.
