Sweet Potato Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter
1/2 tsp. soda
3 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
3/4 c. sweet potatoes
3/4 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
Melt butter, add brown sugar then cooked potatoes to flour mixture. Add sweet potato mixture alternately with buttermilk-soda mixture. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Roll on floured board.
Cut out and bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
