Lamb Loin Chops With Peppered Pears - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chops
    3 Tbsp. chopped basil
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 Tbsp. water
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. each: black and white pepper
    1 large pear, cored, cut lengthwise into wedges
    leaf lettuce
Preparation
    Combine all herbs, oil and water in a small bowl; mix well. Brush chops lightly with mixture and broil approximately 5 minutes.
    Turn and brush lightly again.
    Continue cooking for 5 to 7 minutes.
