Ingredients

4 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 c. half and half
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/16 tsp. cayenne
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 to 1 c. cheese
pie crust
Preparation

Whisk eggs, sour cream, half and half and seasonings together.
Sprinkle cheese (I prefer Swiss, but any shredded cheese is fine) on bottom of unbaked pie crust.
Pour egg mixture over top.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Reduce oven temperature to 300\u00b0 and continue to bake for 40 minutes.
