Vegetarian Burritos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bag Tater Tots
    2 (16 oz.) cans vegetarian refried beans
    8 eggs, scrambled
    2 large jars salsa
    25 tortillas
    salt and pepper
    1 pkg. Cheddar cheese, shredded (optional)
    1/4 c. oil
Preparation
    Crush Tater Tots; put in a large skillet and add oil.
    Cook over medium heat until brown.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Stir in beans and mix well.
    Add the scrambled eggs (broken into small pieces) and mix well.
    Cover with the salsa and mix.
