Indonesian Gado Gado Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. peanut butter
    2 Tbsp. rice vinegar (Oriental)
    sesame oil
    sugar
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Mix all together in bowl until smooth.
    Great to dip Belgian endive, cucumber, raw asparagus, cauliflower and jicama in. Makes 1/2 cup.
