Brunch Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. oleo
    2 (15 oz.) cans corned beef hash
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 can Veg-All mixed vegetables
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    dash of garlic powder
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Coat 9-inch pie plate with oleo.
    Mix hash with egg; press into plate to form crust.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Saute onion in 3 tablespoons oleo.
    Layer cheese, onion and Veg-All in crust. Beat together remaining eggs, milk, flour, mustard, garlic and pepper.
    Pour over mixture in crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes (until filling is set).
    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
    Serves 6.
