Open-Face Apple Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

English muffins, split
apples, peeled and sliced
butter, melted
brown sugar
cinnamon to taste
Preparation

Place muffin halves, split side up, on cookie sheet.
On each muffin half, put 5 or 6 apple slices.
Brush with butter and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
Bake at 425\u00b0 until apples are tender, approximately 15 minutes.
