Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 whole chickens
4 large chicken breasts
2 lb. sour cream
3 cans chicken or mushroom soup
3 stacks Ritz crackers
2 sticks oleo
1 1/2 Tbsp. poppy seed
Preparation

Cook chicken in water; cool.
Drain water; debone all.
Place in bottom of large foil pan.
Mix soup and sour cream together; place on top of chicken.
Melt oleo; mix with crumbled crackers and poppy seed.
Spread over.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes, until good and hot and lightly brown crackers.
Cook for crowd 30 to 40.
