Herb-Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large potatoes, scrubbed (unpeeled)
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1 large clove garlic, minced or pressed or 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. rosemary
1/2 tsp. pepper
salt to taste
Preparation

Heat oven to 500\u00b0.
Cut potatoes lengthwise (spear them). Combine oil, garlic, rosemary, pepper and salt (optional).
Toss potatoes in mixture.
Line baking sheet with foil.
Place potatoes on sheet.
Roast 25 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown.
