Hot Sausage Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Bob Evans hot sausage
    1 lb. grated cheese
    4 c. Jiffy biscuit mix
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Form bite-size balls.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 15 minutes.
    Can be made ahead of time and frozen.
    Makes about 70.
