Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 stack Ritz crackers (about 35)
    1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    Cook frozen broccoli according to package directions; drain. While broccoli is still warm, stir in the cubed Velveeta cheese. Place the ingredients in a small, lightly greased casserole dish. Smash the Ritz crackers with a rolling pin until all are crushed. Mix with melted margarine.
    Put mixture on top of broccoli.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serve.
