Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. chicken or beef
    carrots, diced
    broccoli, diced
    celery, diced
    cauliflower, diced
    cabbage, diced
    mushrooms, diced
    bell pepper, diced
    1 can water chestnuts
    2 c. rice
    4 c. water
Preparation
    Use as many vegetables as you need for the amount of people you need to serve.
    Marinate beef overnight.
    (Chicken only needs to be marinated 20 to 30 minutes.) Cook marinated meat until brown.
    Place in baking dish and cook in slow 300\u00b0 oven until tender.
    Stir-fry vegetables in wok or large skillet, until tender.
    Cook 2 cups rice in 4 cups of water.
    Serve veggies and meat over rice.
    Add soy sauce.
