Pork Chops And Browned Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. fat
    1 c. rice (uncooked)
    1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. onion, chopped
    3 tsp. green pepper, chopped
    1 c. water
    4 (1/2-inch) thick pork chops
Preparation
    Brown chops in fat in cooker.
    Remove.
    Place rice in hot fat. Stir constantly until browned.
    Add tomatoes (with liquid) and remaining ingredients.
    Stir well, breaking up tomatoes.
    Add chops.
    Cover; set control at 10 and bring pressure up over moderate heat.
    Cook 13 minutes after control jiggles (or cook at 15 for 9 minutes).
    Cool cooker normally for 5 minutes, then place under faucet.
    Makes 4 servings.
